The Role: We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organised individual to join our interdisciplinary team as a Treatment Coordinator. If you have a background in dental nursing or as a treatment coordinator, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. You will play a key role in coordinating patient treatments, supporting our team, and ensuring an outstanding experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person and in writing.
- Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with both patients and the team.
- Assist with business development and marketing efforts, working closely with the manager.
- Support our practice in promoting its services, including through social media.
- Maintain accurate records and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care.
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent verbal and accurate written communication skills.
- Computer literate (Software of Excellence experience preferred).
- Photographic skills are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for promoting the practice and engaging with social media.
