What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Supporting and reassuring patients, explaining treatments clearly and addressing concerns.
- Keeping accurate patient records in line with practice protocols.
- Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards, including instrument sterilisation.
- Managing appointments, handling bookings and confirmations with confidence.
- Collaborating with a close-knit team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Using IT systems for patient management—SOE (Exact) experience is a plus, but training is available.
- A recognised dental nursing qualification is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A caring and patient-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
- Experience with SOE (Exact) software is beneficial but not essential—training can be provided.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £15 per hour, based on experience.
