About the Role As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice and delivering high-quality patient care. You will work alongside a team of experienced clinicians, including general dentists, a specialist periodontist (three days per week), and in the future, an endodontist and orthodontist.

About the Role As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice and delivering high-quality patient care. You will work alongside a team of experienced clinicians, including general dentists, a specialist periodontist (three days per week), and in the future, an endodontist and orthodontist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists and specialists with a variety of treatments, including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and periodontics
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Ensuring strict compliance with cross-infection control and health and safety regulations
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
- Recording and updating patient records using SOE software (switching to Dentally in April)
- Providing chairside assistance and ensuring smooth clinical workflows
- Carrying out decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
- Managing stock levels and ordering dental materials when necessary
- Occasionally supporting the front desk with reception duties, if required
- Salary: £12.50 per hour for trainees, starting from £15 per hour for qualified nurses
- Hours: Monday to Friday (07:45 – 17:00) with occasional Saturdays (9:00 – 13:00, once or twice per month)

- Experience using Dentally software is desirable but not essential
- Previous dental reception experience would be beneficial but is not required
