Your Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee and support a team of dedicated dental professionals.
Ensure CQC compliance and maintain best practices in patient care.
Work closely with dentists and the wider team to deliver outstanding treatments.
Utilize Exact dental software to manage patient records efficiently.
Be a leader and team player who motivates and inspires others.
What We’re Looking For:
GDC registered Head Dental Nurse with proven experience.
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and dental regulations.
Tech-savvy – comfortable using Microsoft Office & dental compliance platforms.
Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM (Monday – Thursday), 8 AM – 6 PM (Friday), and two Saturdays or Sundays per month.
Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English.
