The Role:
We are seeking a Second General Dentist to join our team on a permanent basis, offering flexibility between 4-6 days per week. The role is ideal for a dentist who is eager to grow their patient base, contribute to the practice’s success, and provide exceptional dental care. We are open to both experienced professionals and those newly qualified (1-2 years+), provided they have a strong clinical foundation and a willingness to develop their skills further.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services, ensuring excellent patient care.
- Perform treatments in Invisalign, dental implants, oral surgery, and general cosmetic dentistry, as required.
- Work closely with the team to build and maintain a loyal patient list.
- Engage with promotional activities to support the growth of the practice and your own patient base.
- Deliver a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered experience.
- Use Dentally software to manage patient records and treatment plans effectively.
- Work collaboratively within the team to uphold the practice’s reputation for excellence.
- Monday to Saturday schedule with flexible working days.
- Working hours: 08:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and 08:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday) - flexibility between these hours.
- A strong clinical knowledge with a passion for continued learning.
- A commitment to patient care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and service.
- The ability to build and maintain a patient list, understanding that this is a process that requires time and dedication.
- A proactive approach in engaging with marketing and promotional activities to support their growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient relationships.
- A willingness to work as part of a supportive and professional team.
- The ability to bring a portfolio of work to showcase experience and achievements (this can also be presented during the interview).
- Romanian-speaking candidates will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
- Competitive 40% remuneration, with the potential for negotiation based on experience.
