Exciting Opportunity: Dental Practice Manager Role in Croydon!
Location: New Addington, Croydon
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Starting from £18 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Practice Type: Mixed (80% NHS, 20% Private)

Mon-Fri, 9-5pm: Enjoy your weekends! Although the practice opens on Saturdays, you won’t be required to work on weekends.
Your Role:
As their new Dental Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the practice, keeping things running smoothly by:
Overseeing Compliance: Ensuring full CQC compliance and managing health and safety.
Leading the Team: Managing rotas, appraisals, and supporting staff to perform at their best.
Patient Experience: Handling complaints professionally and ensuring a seamless patient journey.
Practice Operations: Managing daily operations, including dental software (they use Dentally) and maintaining an efficient, happy workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
CQC Knowledge: A deep understanding of CQC regulations and how to maintain compliance.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing staff in a dental or healthcare setting.
Mixed Practice Experience: Comfortable managing both NHS and private patients.
