Exciting Opportunity for a Dental Nurse – Join Our Expert Team - Up to £14ph - Hatfield Area
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic and supportive practice? We are seeking a motivated professional to join our well-established, mixed (NHS & private) dental practice, where we offer a wide range of treatments, including general dentistry, implants, root canal therapy, cosmetic procedures, facial aesthetics, and periodontal care.
What We Offer:
✅ Permanent, full-time position – Monday to Friday, with 1-2 Saturdays per month
✅ Great working hours – 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Tuesdays 10 AM - 7 PM) with paid overtime
✅ Competitive salary – £12-£14 per hour, based on experience

Your Responsibilities as a Dental Nurse:
🔹 Assisting dentists and specialists chairside during a variety of treatments, including general dentistry, implants, and cosmetic procedures
🔹 Preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and materials for treatments
🔹 Ensuring high standards of infection control and sterilisation protocols are followed
🔹 Supporting patients throughout their dental journey, providing reassurance and post-treatment care guidance
🔹 Updating and maintaining accurate patient records using Dentally software
🔹 Managing stock levels and ensuring the smooth running of the surgery
🔹 Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding patient care
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented individual
✔ Strong communication skills with a great command of English (written and spoken)
✔ A keen interest in learning and developing skills across general and specialist dentistry
✔ Experience with Dentally software is a bonus, but not essential
✔ GDC registration is desirable, but we welcome trainees looking to grow with us
