My lovely client in West Thurrock has a brand-new private practice set to open soon, offering a full range of general and specialist dental treatments, including cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, and periodontics. They are seeking a strong, experienced, and CQC-registered Dental Practice Manager to take the lead in getting their clinic fully operational and CQC-approved.
Location: West Thurrock, Essex
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
As their Practice Manager, you will play a key role in launching and managing the clinic, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and leading the team to provide exceptional patient care. Initially, they will start with two dentists, with the plan to expand across their 7-8 surgery practice.
What We’re Looking For:
CQC-registered (Essential)
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in a similar role within a private dental practice
Knowledge of CQC compliance and practice regulations
Ability to implement efficient processes and policies
Comfortable working with practice software (we use our own system)
Organised, proactive, and passionate about patient care
