Your Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
Book and coordinate appointments using Exact dental software.
Handle patient inquiries, payments, and admin duties with efficiency.
Support the dental team with day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Work flexible shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM (Monday – Thursday), 8 AM – 6 PM (Friday), and two Saturdays or Sundays per month.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Dental Receptionist with a professional and friendly approach.
Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a busy environment.
Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental software (Exact preferred).
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to business needs.
