They are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will work alongside a second receptionist, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy practice.
Working Hours:
£13–£14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

They are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will work alongside a second receptionist, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy practice.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: Shifts on rotation (07:30–17:00 or 08:00–17:30)
- Thursday: Late shift (finishing at 18:30)
- One Saturday per month: 08:30–13:30
£13–£14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients warmly and managing the reception area.
- Scheduling and managing appointments using SOE dental software.
- Assisting with patient queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring effective communication with the clinical team.
- Handling administrative tasks and patient records.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception role is preferred.
- Familiarity with SOE dental software is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
- A friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage a rota-based opening/closing schedule.
- Work alongside a supportive team with two receptionists on duty at all times.
