- Ensuring compliance with GDC guidelines, CQC, and infection control standards
- Providing chairside assistance to dentists and specialists
- Managing patient records using Dentally software (or similar)
- Carrying out essential reception duties, including patient communication and appointment scheduling
- Maintaining a clean and sterilized clinical environment
- Managing stock and materials to keep surgeries well-prepared
- GDC registered dental nurse – essential
- Experience with reception duties – essential
- Proficiency in Dentally software – desirable (training can be provided)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
