Role Details:
- Employment Term: Permanent, Full-Time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (1 or 2 per month)
- Working Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients.
- Manage appointment schedules, patient records, and billing processes using SOE software.
- Lead and mentor the reception team, fostering a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
- Liaise with dental professionals to coordinate patient care and maintain high standards of service.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Essential: Proven experience in a dental reception role, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Exact dental software, enhancing your ability to hit the ground running.
