Role Details:
- Location: Bexleyheath
- Employment Term: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (Mondays off if Saturday worked)
- Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:30 - 18:30; Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing patient appointments and schedules
- Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Maintaining patient records using Dentally software
- Ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Dentally software
