We are a major dental recruitment company providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions to both NHS and private organisations throughout the United Kingdom.
Our Employees and Agency workers
We currently have over 500 agency workers working across diverse number of roles within the NHS and the Private sector. Our internal employees of in excess of 25 persons service the needs of dental practices across the UK.
Policies on Slavery & Human Trafficking
As an organisation, we are committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. We show our commitment through our internal policies outlined below:
• Working time, rest breaks and night working policy
• Annual leave and holiday pay policies and procedures
• Staff welfare policy
• Recruitment of temporary worker policy
Company Due Diligence Processes for Slavery & Human Trafficking: Employees
Internal audits are conducted against our policies and procedures. Any non-conformances are logged and resolved within a specific timeframe and highlighted to the Directors.
In the last financial year there were no non- conformities logged.
All policies have been reviewed and are in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Company Due Diligence Processes for Slavery & Human Trafficking: Suppliers
We ensure all service level agreements are agreed by our suppliers comply with our policies and procedures on slavery and human trafficking. We ensure that the correct information is provided around this area. Our internal audit managers conduct annual audits on our suppliers.
Risk Assessment
Risk assessments are carried out for any new processes and logged on a risk register. The risk register is reviewed and maintained by Dental Recruit Network’s Executive team.
Measurement of Effectiveness
Dental Recruit Network is committed to continuous improvement of its commitment to the Modern Slavery Act and on annual review will look to make improvements to its processes. The HR team are responsible for recording and measuring its effectiveness and its requirements for improvement year on year.
Training for Staff
Dental Recruit Network’s employees are required to comply with all aspects of the law and our internal employee handbook and its policies and procedures.
It out-lines what employees need to do should a specific case of modern slavery be identified and who contact should any signs be identified.
