Role Responsibilities:

As the Dental Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Overseeing patient appointments and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Implementing and managing the practice's dental software (SOE).
- Handling administrative tasks, including financial management and reporting.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Essential: Proven management experience, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Desirable:Familiarity with Exact dental software, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
